Availability of certain features depends on your country of residence and applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information.
• Keep your information up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account.
• Use a secure password and PIN.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Identity Verification

5. Stablecoins and Digital Assets

Mooncash supports certain digital assets and stablecoins. Supported assets may change without notice.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the relevant network. You are responsible for ensuring that recipient addresses, wallet information and transaction details are correct.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported assets, user error, blockchain congestion, validator delays or third-party wallet failures.

6. Fees

Certain Services may incur fees, including transaction fees, conversion fees or third-party network fees.

Any applicable fees will be disclosed before a transaction is completed where reasonably practicable.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Mooncash to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Commit fraud.
• Finance terrorism.
• Launder money.
• Engage in sanctions evasion.
• Use stolen identities or payment methods.
• Exploit vulnerabilities in our systems.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Services.
• Transmit malware or malicious software.
• Use the Services for illegal gambling or unlawful businesses.

8. Compliance and Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor transactions, conduct compliance reviews, perform blockchain analytics, and cooperate with regulators and law enforcement agencies where required by law.

Transactions may be delayed, rejected or reported where required by applicable laws or sanctions regulations.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent activity.
• Required by law.
• Your use creates security risks.
• We are unable to verify your identity.

10. Intellectual Property

Mooncash, our software, trademarks, logos, branding, content and technology remain the exclusive property of Mooncash Technologies Ltd or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

12. Third-Party Services

Mooncash may integrate with banks, payment providers, blockchain networks and other third-party services.

We are not responsible for the availability, security or actions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

While we strive to provide reliable Services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Services will always meet your expectations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mooncash Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data or digital assets arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mooncash Technologies Ltd, its directors, employees, affiliates and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to the Services

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including adding or removing supported stablecoins, features or countries.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.
